About the Role: TREEHOUSE THERAPY CENTER LLC is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to support children with developmental challenges in their homes. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience delivering ABA services directly in family and home environments.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Deliver one-on-one support to children primarily in home-based settings, with some community involvement.

Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.

Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams to ensure consistency across environments.

Apply positive reinforcement strategies to encourage skill development and desired behaviors.

Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to strengthen ABA practice skills.

Maintain professionalism and adaptability in family homes, respecting client routines and environments.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with direct home-based experience strongly preferred.

Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders.

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with families and supervisors.

Availability for part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Compassionate, reliable, and able to adapt to different home environments.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks required by state regulations.
