Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Teach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs)
- Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environment
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families
- Document behaviors and collect data
- Collaborate with the Speech and Occupational Therapy departments
- Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety-Care Training
Schedule and Shift Details:
- Part-time afternoons
- Shifts available between 12:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Monday through Friday
