    About the Role Team Dynamic Minds is hiring a Behavior Therapist / RBT to provide one-to-one, play-based support for autistic children in their homes and community settings.

    Our approach is relationship-centered, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in real-life learning. We focus on connection first, honoring each child’s strengths while supporting communication, flexibility, self-regulation, and meaningful participation in everyday life. This is a relational, developmental approach that blends behavior science with compassion and respect.

    Ongoing training, mentoring, and clinical supervision are provided. We invest in our team and support you in growing your confidence and clinical skill.

    What You Will Do

    • Engage children in play, movement, and everyday routines • Support communication, social connection, and emotional regulation • Implement individualized, play-based treatment plans • Use natural environment teaching to promote real-life learning • Build warm, collaborative relationships with children and families • Track progress and write clear, concise session notes • Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and supervision

    Who We Are Looking For

    • Kind, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children • Reliable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule • Calm, emotionally regulated, and open to coaching • Interested in learning a relationship-centered model • Strong communicator and team-oriented • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree plus one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities OR High School Diploma and three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities OR Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

    Must be willing to complete background check and fingerprinting.
