About the Role:

Ultimate Caring ABA in Dallas, TX is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! In this rewarding role, you'll make a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of children and families by delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings

Collect accurate and consistent behavioral data during each therapy session

Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills

Document session notes and progress in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals

Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all clients

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire)

Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred

Strong understanding of or willingness to learn ABA principles and techniques

Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Dallas, TX area

Must pass a background check and meet any state or company compliance requirements
