    SOAR Autism Center is looking for caring and enthusiastic behavior technicians to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring for part-time (less than 20 hour/week) and full-time (20-35 hours/week) positions.     Monday through Friday schedule. We are open 9am-7pm Monday through Thursday. We only ask that employees work 2 evenings per week. On Fridays we are open 9am-3pm

    Responsibilities Include:

    Provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and independent living skills

    Record daily data to reflect client progress toward goals

    Maintain objective daily session notes

    Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma

    Associate's or Bachelor's strongly preferred

    Reliable transportation

    Registered Behavior Technician strongly preferred
