We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team across the Santa Cruz region, CA. We are currently hiring both Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians!

Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – Bilingual Spanish-Speaking & Non-Bilingual Candidates Welcome **
Locations:** Multiple openings throughout Santa Cruz. (Watsonville, Freedom)
** Setting:** On Site – In-Home Services ** **
**** Schedule: Part-Time

• ****Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Competitive Pay: $25 - $28 per hour.

Requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Active car insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Incredible Bonuses:

**All bonuses are added on top of your base hourly rate!

+$10/hr for weekend sessions (Saturdays).

+$5/hr for Monday–Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later. **
