About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services as a Registered Behavior Technician in Piscataway, NJ! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:30p - 8:30p (20 hours a week). Must be FEMALE RBT

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Provide one-on-one support to children in various settings, including home and community environments.

Collaborate with families to reinforce therapy techniques and strategies at home.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children during therapy sessions.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.

Document session notes and report any significant changes in behavior or progress.

Foster positive relationships with clients and their families to promote engagement and trust.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred.

Experience working with children with ASD or in a behavioral health setting is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and families.

Ability to work as part of a team and follow detailed treatment plans.

Compassionate demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.

Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.

Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.

Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development in ABA therapy.
