About the Role:

Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is looking for a dedicated and passionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Randolph, NJ! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals through evidence-based ABA therapy. This is for a 4 year old boy. The schedule takes place in the Pre-School in Morris Plains & home in Randolph.

Schedule: Preschool: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 12:00pm (Morris Plains location) Home: Monday - Friday 12:15pm - 3:15pm (Randolph location)

MUST HAVE ABA THERAPY EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA

Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress consistently

Work 1:1 with clients to target skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals

Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured therapeutic environment

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

Prior ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience is required — no exceptions

RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Strong data collection and documentation skills

Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity

Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a team-oriented mindset

Must be located in or able to commute to Randolph, NJ
