Behavior Technician (BT) | Clinic-Based | Part-Time (Afternoons)

Education Behavior Consultants (EBC) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) for our clinic-based afternoon sessions. If you’re early in your ABA journey (or switching into the field) and want a team that will train you, support you, and help you grow into a strong clinician, this is that lane.

Schedule & Availability (Important)

Part-time role

Afternoon availability required (after-school hours)

Room to grow: opportunities for more hours as your skills and schedule expand

What You’ll Do

Work 1:1 with clients in a clinic setting using ABA principles

Implement skill-building programs and behavior support strategies under supervision

Collect session data and help track progress toward goals

Support clients with communication, social skills, daily living skills, and regulation

Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to keep sessions consistent and high-quality

Maintain professionalism, safety, and client dignity at all times

Training & Support

We don’t hire people and toss them into the deep end. You’ll receive:

Onboarding and hands-on coaching

Ongoing supervision and feedback

Clear expectations and support to build confidence quickly

A pathway toward RBT certification (if that’s your goal)

What We’re Looking For

BT role (RBT certification not required)

Experience working with kids is helpful (school, childcare, coaching, tutoring, etc.)

Strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Coachable, calm under pressure, and team-oriented
