What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking energetic, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Behavior Therapist. If you love working with children, enjoy helping others learn new skills, and are looking for flexible, part-time hours, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs

Collect accurate data and follow individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collaborate with your BCBA supervisor and caregivers to support client progress

Create a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

Must pass a background check

Reliable transportation

A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
