🌟 Join Our Team as a Behavioral Assistant! 🌟

Schedule: Flexible, self scheduled 2 hour sessions approximately 2-3 times per week Service Location: Support is provided at the child's home Assignment Travel Time: Local travel within 1 hour of your home (assignments available in all areas of NJ)

Rate: $35 per hour

THE ROLE

As a Behavioral Assistant, you’ll work directly with children to support their emotional, social, and behavioral goals. You’ll collaborate with licensed clinicians, follow individualized plans, and help create a safe, encouraging environment where progress can flourish.

Your Impact Will Include:

Supporting children in daily routines, skill-building, and community integration

Implementing behavior support strategies under clinical guidance

Documenting progress and communicating updates to the care team

Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive coping skills

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in related field

Minimum of one year experience working with children in behavioral health, education, or caregiving

Empathy, patience, clear communication, and a team-first mindset

Valid driver’s license
