Behavioral coaches will assist individuals in need of comprehensive care to maintain their housing, stabilize behaviors, improve social and emotional development, and reduce their risk of further deterioration. Behavioral coaches will work with individuals on building daily living skills, linkage to community supports, educational services, vocational services, substance use, co-occurring services, housing support services and other non-traditional support services. The program goal is to assist tenants with maintaining their housing and assist with decreasing the use of acute psychiatric services, incarceration, justice and child welfare involvement, homelessness, co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues, education problems, and other risky behaviors.
