We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist who is passionate about excellent client care and wants to make an immediate impact on a supportive, energetic team.

What You’ll Do:

Post and manage payments

Submit and resubmit insurance claims

Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance companies

Handle collections and billing inquiries

Maintain HIPAA compliance

Provide light front-office support as needed

What You Bring:

3+ years medical billing experience (doctor’s office or hospital)

Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and medical terminology

High attention to detail and strong data entry skills

Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace

Reliable, organized, and professional

Preferred:

Behavioral health experience

Therapy Notes EMR experience
