Large managed care company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care manager to assist members with complex behavioral health needs to work directly with the member/family, provider(s), facilities, and other entities to ensure the most appropriate care is provided.

WORK LOCATION: SOME TRAVEL IN CLARK OR WASHOE COUNTY. GAS MILEAGE REMIBURSEMENT OFFERED

PAY: $40.00

CONTRACT DATES: 9/1/25 - 12/1/25

HOURS: M-F, 8-5

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination of member’s behavioral health care through the health care continuum
• Collaborate with member, family, provider, facility, and health plan care team (to include PCP,
  COC, Medical Directors, and Community Services) to develop and implement an ongoing plan of
  care to obtain best outcome
• Provide health education, coaching, and treatment decision support for members
• Meets with member in their home, at their providers’ office, or at inpatient facilities, if requested, deemed, appropriate, or warranted located in Clark or Washoe County.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's Degree
• Must have current, unrestricted license. RN, LMFT, CPC, or LCSW. CCM preferred.
• 1+  years Case Management is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health setting or doing direct patient care is required
• Prefer a basic knowledge of both state programs and the community-based services
  
• TB Test and Fit testing is required
