We Are Hiring Immediately Shifts- evening, overnight, and weekends available
Location: Ellis County / Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Facility: Phoenix Residential
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of youth? Do you have experience working in juvenile detention, behavioral/mental health hospitals, or residential treatment centers? Phoenix Residential is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Care Staff to join our mission-driven team.
What You’ll Do
· • Supervise and mentor male residents ages 10–17 in a structured treatment setting
· • Provide a safe, secure, and supportive environment
· • Engage in daily programming, group sessions, and activities
· • Record daily behavioral notes and monitor visits/calls
· • Administer medication and maintain accurate logs
· • Transport youth to school, appointments, and community events
· • Actively collaborate with treatment team and supervisors
· • Step in to de-escalate and support youth in crisis situations when needed
What We’re Looking For
· • Preferred experience: juvenile detention, residential treatment, or behavioral/mental health hospital work
· • High school diploma or GED (required)
· • At least 25 years old (per state standards)
· • Strong communication, organization, and crisis-intervention skills
· • Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide positive reinforcement
· • Must hold a valid driver’s license
· • Able to perform CPR/First Aid (training provided if not yet certified)

· • Must pass FBI fingerprinting and a drug test
· • Shifts- evening, overnight, and weekends available
· • Comfortable working in mixed office/outdoor environments
