    Description

    The Healthcare Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the assigned regions, overseeing personnel, building key relationships, and fostering a collaborative culture with hands on leadership. The Regional Manager guides the delivery of the Company's mission to provide high-quality mental health care.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with Company goals.
    • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the region.
    • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws.
    • Manage remote teams, ensuring a cohesive culture and effective communication.
    • Evaluate and align operational positions with recruiting and regional needs.
    • Coordinate training programs for new and current staff.
    • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with policies.
    • Oversee planning, directing, and auditing of work for staff.
    • Ensure effective use of technology platforms for enhanced service delivery.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with regional operations.
    • Develop contingency plans for unforeseen challenges.
    • Monitor performance metrics and report key indicators to the executive team.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and regional healthcare providers, including representing the Company in regional meetings or forums.
    • Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
    • Conduct audits of data or information for Clinical and/or Operational teams.
    • Collaborate with the finance department and c-suite, to develop and manage the regional budget.
    • Work with the executive team, and other directors/managers to maintain accuracy of processes.
    • Coordinate between the Clinical and Operational teams concerning accesses, referrals, assignments, or other related items.
    • Act as a liaison between the clinic/provider/facilities and the central business services.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
    • Support the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
    • Conduct weekly staff meetings, provide excellent communication, and identify opportunities.
    • Participate in traditional and e-learning programs when applicable.
    • Serve as last point of escalation for resolving patient complaints.
    • Create and update applicable operational reports, documents, and metrics.
    • Assist with the creation of a standardized SOP template for cross-state/departmental use.
    • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

    Requirements

    • An individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a medical office (Behavioral/Mental Health office preferred)
    • HIPAA & OSHA Certification (Preferred)
    • Strong communication skills (Oral and Written)
    • Effective problem-solving and analytical mindset
    • Technical proficiency in PC, Windows, Internet, MS Office, and EHR software (Athena preferred)
    • Project management and quality management abilities
    • Business acumen and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    • Leadership with sound judgment and motivation to achieve goals
    • Effective planning, organizing, and professionalism
    • Ability to build strong relationships

    Compensation

    • $55,000 - $60,000 DOE
