Bridgemark is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support adult men in recovery from substance use disorders. BHTs provide direct, frontline support and help maintain a structured, safe, and respectful environment.
As a BHT, you will assist clients with daily routines and program expectations, support new admissions through the orientation process, monitor client whereabouts, administer urine screens and breathalyzers, and complete documentation accurately. You will work closely with counselors, the Clinical Supervisor, and the Program Manager to ensure coordinated, effective care. Additional responsibilities include helping with medication inventory and distribution, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and providing calm, respectful support while modeling appropriate behavior.
This position is available as either full-time or part-time. Hours and shift schedules will be determined based on program needs and your availability. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, or holidays is a plus.
A high school diploma or GED is required. Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills are expected, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus. Successful candidates are professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
