About Neuro S.P.A.C.E. ABA Neuro S.P.A.C.E. ABA is a clinician-owned Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization providing high-quality, family-centered IBHS services across Central Pennsylvania. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support children with autism and developmental needs in their homes, schools, and communities.
Position Summary The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) delivers 1:1 behavioral intervention under the supervision of a BCBA. BHTs implement treatment plans, collect data, support skill development, and collaborate with families, schools, and clinical supervisors.Training for all new hires begins January 2026 and includes ABA foundations, safety training, documentation procedures, and individualized program on-boarding.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings
Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
Collect and submit accurate session data in the EMR system
Support skill development in communication, behavior regulation, social skills, and daily living
Follow behavior support plans and safety protocols
Maintain professional communication with caregivers, school staff, and supervisors
Attend supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
Uphold ethical and trauma-informed ABA practices

Blair County

Minimum Qualifications (Required by PA IBHS) Candidates must meet one of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related human services field
OR
High school diploma/GED and at least 1 year of full-time experience working with children
OR
High school diploma/GED and completion of the RBT credential (preferred but not required)
Additional requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
PA Child Abuse (Act 126), PA Criminal (Act 33), and FBI (Act 114) clearances
TB test and physical
Ability to complete required training and supervision hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with children with autism or behavioral needs
Prior ABA, school-based, or early intervention experience
RBT certification or willingness to pursue RBT credential
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
