Employees joining the Pediatric Crisis Residential Program become part of an innovative team dedicated to filling a critical gap in Northern Michigan's behavioral health system. Provides direct care to patients in a manner that considers safety, comfort in the behavioral health therapeutic environment. Builds healthy, supportive patient relationships and practices effective interpersonal skills at all times. Completes clinical reports and documentation in a professional and timely manner.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
