Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities
Perform intakes and assessments
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Facilitate Psychotherapy Group Sessions
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist (Outpatient) Required
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Unrestricted Active Louisiana license: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or PLPC
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Familiarity with evidence-based practices and co-occurring disorders
Proficient computer skills, including use of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and telehealth platforms
Ability to manage documentation efficiently and securely
