Job Description
THIS IS A HIGHLY VISIBLE ROLE IN THE COMPANY AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE POLISHED, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE OVER THE PHONE AND THROUGH EMAIL AS YOU ARE A REPRESENTATIVE OF OUR COMPANY. THIS IS A TEMP (6 MONTHS) FULL-TIME NON-EXEMPT POSITION, AND YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR OVERTIME.
THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
ASSIST THE CARE ASSISTANT ON PROCESSING AUTHORIZATIONS FOR CLIENTS
UPDATE REPORT TRACKER WITH AUTHORIZATION EXPIRATION DATES.
PROACTIVELY ASSIST OUR INTERNAL CUSTOMERS (BHW STAFF) AND CLIENTS WITH ANY QUESTIONS RELATED TO HOURS APPROVED ON CURRENT AUTHORIZATION.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL/CONFIDENTIALITY IS A MUST
COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN WRITING, VERBALLY, AND VIA TELEPHONE, WITH ALL LEVELS OF PERSONNEL AND INPUT AND RETRIEVE COMPUTERIZED DATA
AUDIT REPORTS ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR AUTHORIZATION EXPIRING, ETC.
THE SCHEDULE WILL BE MONDAY - FRIDAY FROM 8:30 AM TO 5:00 PM
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED
STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL AND PRIORITIZATION SKILLS; ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY UTILIZING BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL SKILLS
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A HIGH-LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION
STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
DETAIL ORIENTED AND INDEPENDENT THINKER/SELF STARTER
PREFERRED:
BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, COMMUNICATIONS, ECONOMICS, FINANCE
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE IN OFFICE SETTING.
