    Job Description

    The primary responsibilities of this position will be providing quality care for families requesting information or services in our Care Department. A thorough understanding of the company, our philosophy, and our services is required for this individual to be an effective one-stop service for our clients. We are looking for someone with high energy that can provide excellent customer service in a warm, inviting way and have the ability to empathize and provide hope to those in need. This is a highly visible role in the company and you will be required to be polished, professional and personable over the phone and through email as you are a representative of our company. This is a Temp (6 months) Full-time non-exempt position, and you will be eligible for overtime.

    Their responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

    • Answer calls in a warm manner and forwarding/taking messages for the Care Manager/Liaison
    • Possess an in-depth understanding of our company's vision and services to provide the best customer service to our current and prospective clients
    • Assist the Care Liaison with Client Onboarding by creating profiles, following up on agreements etc.
    • Update report tracker and Google Calendar
    • Proactively assist our internal customers (BHW staff) and clients
    • Assist the Care Manager with Credentialing of all licensed individuals 
    • Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors and input and retrieve computerized data
    • Audit Service Dashboards 
    • The schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to communicate effectively utilizing both written and verbal skills
    • Previous experience working in a high-level customer service position
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Detail oriented and independent thinker/self starter

    PREFERRED:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Finance
    • Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred 
    • Previous work experience in office for children diagnosed with developmental disabilities or therapeutic services such as ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Counseling
