    Bright Minds Developmental Center is hiring motivated, compassionate individuals passionate about working with children. This is an excellent opportunity for psychology, child development, and related graduates to gain hands-on clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — no prior experience required, because we provide paid training.

    As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children and individuals with autism and other special needs, helping them build communication, social, play, and daily-living skills using proven ABA strategies, under the guidance of our clinical team.

    What You'll Do

    Provide one-on-one behavior intervention to clients in home, school, and community settings

    Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily-living skills using ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement and prompting

    Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies

    Collect and record accurate data and track client progress each session

    Collaborate with supervisors and communicate with families and caregivers

    Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards

    What We're Looking For

    Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Sociology, Kinesiology, or a related field

    Reliable, motivated, and passionate about helping children

    Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license

    Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check

    Willingness to obtain TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
