We are looking for a Behavioral Specialist with amazing communication skills with with families, DSPs, and supervisors along with team leadership is a part of the role. Ability to mentor DSPs and caregivers in behavioral strategies. Person-centered service delivery and respect for dignity. Accurate documentation and adherence to ODP timelines. Dependability, flexibility, and confidentiality. Effective prioritization and scheduling of sessions. Crisis Management with swift responses to behavioral crises.

Will need a FBA. State Police check. Experience implementing behavioral interventions and collecting data. Strong communication and documentation skills.
