We are looking for a Behavioral Support Specialist with amazing communication skills with families, DSPs, and supervisors along with team leadership is a part of the role. Ability to mentor DSPs and caregivers in behavioral strategies. Person-centered service delivery and respect for dignity. Accurate documentation and adherence to ODP timelines. Dependability, flexibility, and confidentiality. Effective prioritization and scheduling of sessions. Crisis Management with swift responses to behavioral crises.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, ABA, human services, or related field; FBA. State Police check. Experience implementing behavioral interventions and collecting data. Strong communication and documentation skills.
