Position Summary (3:30p-7:30p) EVENING SHIFT IN HOME
Early Lens Neurobehavioral Center (ELNC) is seeking compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities. RBTs work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA.
Provide direct one-to-one therapy in center, home, school, and community settings as assigned.
Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during sessions.
Assist clients in developing communication, social, play, adaptive, and self-help skills.
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and utilize evidence-based behavior reduction procedures.
Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical supervisors.
Complete session notes and documentation within required timelines.
Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and team meetings as required.
Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or willingness to obtain certification.
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations when applicable.
Ability to pass required background checks.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and move quickly during therapy sessions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Ability to keep up with active children in a variety of settings.
