    At Key Connections ABA Services (KCAS), our mission is simple: putting people first and building meaningful connections. Through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we help children, adolescents, and young adults build skills that increase independence, communication, and quality of life.

    We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate, and dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs), Behavior Therapists, and ABA Therapists to join our growing clinical team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in psychology, education, child development, human services, healthcare, and Applied Behavior Analysis.

    We currently have an immediate need for staff availability during afternoon hours and are offering enhanced hourly compensation for candidates who can support these schedules.

    Compensation

    $23-$32 per hour, based on experience

    Enhanced hourly rates available for afternoon availability

    What You'll Do

    Provide direct ABA therapy services in one-on-one and small-group settings

    Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

    Collect and record accurate session data using ABA software platforms

    Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to support client progress

    Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and client dignity at all times

    Ensure client safety and respond appropriately to challenging behaviors when necessary

    Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development

    Qualifications

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

    Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

    Coursework or experience in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, Human Services, Education, Social Work, or a related field preferred
