Job Description

Resolution Health and Wellness Center LLC is an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) located in Baltimore, Maryland. We provide comprehensive behavioral health and prevention services to the diverse communities we serve.

Our clinic offers:

Psychotherapy services

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment

Primary care services

We serve adolescents, adults, couples, families, and senior adults from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) and/or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our growing clinical team.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy services

Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Provide crisis intervention and crisis management services as needed

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Proficiency in psychotherapy practices and ICD-10 diagnostic coding

Experience with crisis intervention and crisis management

Education & Experience Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

Active Maryland State licensure as an LCSW-C or LCPC

Experience providing therapy services to adults and minors preferred
