Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Level 1 Behavioral Therapist to join our growing team at Spectrum of Light Center!

In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using evidence-based EIDBI and ABA strategies. You’ll collaborate with supervisors and families to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a caring and culturally responsive way.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children with ASD in center-based, home, and community settings.

Implement individualized treatment goals developed by Qualified Supervising Professionals.

Collect accurate and consistent data on client progress during each session.

Use positive reinforcement and naturalistic teaching strategies to promote learning.

Communicate effectively with families and team members to ensure consistency and collaboration.

Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional training.

Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and client progress.

Model professionalism, reliability, and compassion in all interactions.

Qualifications

Completed Level 1 EIDBI training modules (required).

Experience providing EIDBI or ABA services to children with autism.

Strong understanding of ASD and a passion for helping children grow and succeed.

Culturally sensitive and committed to serving our clients with respect and empathy.

Reliable, organized, and eager to learn and grow within the ABA/EIDBI field.

CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).

Background study clearance per DHS requirements.
