    • Organized, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Able to maintain professional documentation (incident reports, notes, etc.)

    Required Qualifications

    • Background in education, psychology, behavioral therapy, or related fields
    • First Aid/CPR preferred, but not required

    • Maintain a positive, high-energy presence
    • Model emotional regulation and kindness
    • Assist in transitions, group activities, and cleanup as needed
    • Complete required online and in-person training prior to the start of camp
    • Accurately document incidents and injuries when they occur

    Why Work With Kong Academy?

    • Meaningful mission centered on social-emotional learning through physical play
    • Small group sizes (maximum 8:1 camper-to-staff ratio)
