Bekins Moving Solutions, Inc., one of America’s largest and most respected moving and storage companies, is seeking a talented, resourceful and committed ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our Sarasota, FL location.
The Administrative Assistant must be energetic and enthusiastic, with multi-tasking capabilities and the desire to learn more about customer care, sales support and operations in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering the phones, greeting visitors, filing, minor accounting, order supplies, maintenance of office equipment (i.e. fax, copier, postage meter), sort and distribute mail and faxes, data entry. This position provides an excellent opportunity for growth within the organization and provides a balance of job responsibilities.
