BelRed's Service Manager is responsible for overseeing our Residential HVAC Service Department, with an urgent and passionate approach to customer service and team mentoring.An ideal candidate will bring with them a commitment to employees’ success, with experience monitoring performance and motivating team members. The Service Manager will be skilled at integrating sales strategies with proven profitable results.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of Service Management experience in the Residential HVAC Service Industry
• Washington State Driver’s License and Proof of Insurability
• Technical/Mechanical/Mathematical aptitude
