Seeking full-time line cook for high volume, quick service restaurant inside of historic Grand Central Market. Belcampo DTLA is one of seven Belcampo Meat Company stores located in California. Our location is integrated with our butcher shop, where we sell organic, ethically sourced meat from our farm in Mt. Shasta. Belcampo is a growing company with plenty of opportunity to learn and earn. We also offer shift meals (line cook shifts range from six to eight hours). We are a small, close-knit crew and we greatly value our team members. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Knife skills and at least one year of line cook experience. Familiarity with following recipes and performing measurement conversions when necessary. Ability to work efficiently, safely, and quickly.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable individuals with reliable transportation seeking work in a fun, fast-paced, diner-style restaurant with a limited menu (burgers, sandwiches, salads, fries, sides). Must have full availability, including nights and weekends.
