    Belcampo is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to the CEO to help super-charge her effectiveness by organizing, coordinating, following-up, double-checking, researching, communicating, listening, surveying, analyzing, reporting — someone who can help can help tame the endless “to-do” lists and make the whole “machine” run extraordinarily well.  You'll be trusted to handle important and sensitive tasks, both professional and personal, balancing ambiguous priorities using your own good judgement.     WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • 3+ years experience as c-suite level executive assistant or similar; excited and enthusiastic to contribute in this role as a long term career path

    • Are naturally kind and maintain an optimistic demeanor with a personal commitment and passion for delivering the highest level of service - we are customer centric and make people happy.

    • Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.

    • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

    • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership Compadres (employees) throughout all Belcampo companies.

    • Systems/technology literacy (Microsoft Office, G Suite, mobile travel  applications).

    • Familiar with project management best practices a plus.

    WHAT YOU'LL MOSTLY DO:

    • Be a strategic partner to the CEO and handle calendar including adding, canceling and editing meeting requests as well as ensuring timing and logistical details are in place
    • Plan and coordinate external facing meetings, which may include cross functional teams and outside vendors.
    • Process incoming correspondence received by the CEO; prioritizing and determining its disposition.
    • Identify issues of escalation and ensure CEO is well informed.
    • Reviews, proofreads and formats all CEO's correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness, as well as consistency.
    • Oversee all travel coordination including preparation of the itinerary, air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, visas and other travel documentation - travel safety coordination and administration.
    • Attend staff meetings, take notes and follow-up on outstanding agenda items.
    • Handle other tasks and duties assigned by the CEO.

    YOU'LL LIKELY DO SOME OF THIS:

    • Must be able to sit, stand, reach with arms and hands, bend and stoop, kneel and crouch more than90% of the time.
    • Lifting requirements range from 10 to 25 lbs. typically no more than 10% of the time.
    • Domestic and international travel, upon request.
