JOB DESCRIPTION
Under minimal supervision, the Sous Chef bears secondary--and, in the absence
of the Head Chef, primary--responsibility for the quality of all fresh prepared
foods at Belcampo Meat Co, including sit-down, take out, deli and grab & go.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of culinary experience
- Spanish proficiency preferred
- Manager Food Safety certification
- Highest attention to detail and cleanliness
- Desire to grow with our thriving company
- Candidates must be able to self-manage and manager others
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and always provide the best possible customer service
- Upbeat and positive personality
