  • Responsibilities


    Under minimal supervision, the Sous Chef bears secondary--and, in the absence

    of the Head Chef, primary--responsibility for the quality of all fresh prepared

    foods at Belcampo Meat Co, including sit-down, take out, deli and grab & go.

    We are looking for the following qualifications:

    • 3+ years of culinary experience
    • Spanish proficiency preferred
    • Manager Food Safety certification
    • Highest attention to detail and cleanliness
    • Desire to grow with our thriving company
    • Candidates must be able to self-manage and manager others
    • Ability to stay calm under pressure and always provide the best possible customer service
    • Upbeat and positive personality
