    We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst. This position is fully remote. In this position, you will help to harmonize, develop, and strengthen the reporting and analytical capabilities of our distribution business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with business leaders to develop sales and profitability forecast that reflects operational and financial goals of the company and act as a resource to help achieve these goals.
    • Conduct financial and statistical analysis, reporting and tracking for all assigned business areas, supported by commentary and analysis.
    • Collect and analyze data related to inventory levels, sales volumes, and sales rep utilization. Identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement based on data analysis, and provide regular updates and insights to management.
    • Provides management with information on all areas of cost and revenue, as requested.
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements through data analysis and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement appropriate measures. Apply a profit-minded mindset to all analyses and decision-making, focusing on improving financial performance and contributing to overall business profitability.
    • Provide in-depth analysis of operational performance of individual customers on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Develop, report, and maintain routine and ad-hoc financial analysis on a per customer basis.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and develop models for ad-hoc analysis.
    • 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, including previous experience in preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to interact with employees and leaders at all levels.
    • Detail oriented with the ability to analyze problems, probe facts and question assumptions.
    • Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, graphs and charts.
    • High degree of integrity.
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems using fact-based decision-making.
