Job Description

Beldon, a 4th generation roofing company based in San Antonio, TX specializing in both Commercial and Residential roofing systems, is now hiring an experienced, dependable and SAFETY oriented Service Field Manager to lead our service crews in all aspects of roofing repairs. This results driven candidate will possess a strong customer service background with a detailed focus on quality work. A Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking Field Service Manager is preferred.

This is a full time, exempt position paid biweekly where your ANNUAL SALARY IS COMMENSURATE ON YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET!

THE PERFECT FIELD SERVICE MANAGER WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:

• At least 3 years experience in customer service and management
• Minimum 1 year experience in hands-on roofing construction and repair
• Able to communicate effectively and positively influence and manage relationships with our service crews, subcontractors and clients
• Flexible work schedule, Monday thru Saturday with travel and overnight stay, as needed
• Able to monitor and support our TEAM SAFETY Culture ensuring all OSHA, federal, state and local projects are 100% SAFETY compliant
