    Job Description

    As part of People Department, you will join the global CSR & Engagement team reporting to the CSR & Engagement Director, who is located in Paris, France. You will be the referent on the CSR & Engagement subjects for the Americas region (North and Latin America), and you will be based in our Brooklyn, NY office.

    Your main missions will be:

    • ·         Manage the deployment of our global CSR policy and roadmap in the Americas region, aligned with our Shaping Music for Good ambition. Coordinate and align Believe, TuneCore, and Nuclear Blast America CSR & engagement activities
    • ·         Continue to develop our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program and coordinate its local implementation
    • ·         Deploy Engagement and well-being activities in the region, in particular our Employee Survey (coordinating the deployment of the survey, the results analysis and the improvement action plans)
    • ·         Drive our Volunteer/solidarity program (Believe Tomorrow)
    • ·         Manage CSR reporting and ensure a high availability and quality of the social and environmental data with local contributors; monitor activities (KPIs, dashboards, analysis)
    • ·         Organize and facilitate the Local CSR steering committee, deploy the CSR governance in the region, propose and consolidate CSR & Engagement budget
    • ·         Facilitate and grow the network of local “ambassadors” (volunteer employees for Believe for Planet / People) aligned with Shaping Music for Good priorities
    • ·         Manage and leverage partnerships and innovative actions in line with our strategy, in particular our partnership with Key Change in the US and Be The Change study
    • ·         Promote our CSR commitments and actions with the communication team and contribute to the CSR report.
    • ·         Raise awareness on our approach among the different stakeholders
    • ·         Monitor local CSR regulations and CSR & Engagement best practices
    • You will work in close collaboration with the global CSR team, with the local HRs and Leadership, and business and communication teams, with our internal ambassadors network, and our external partners.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • With a background in sustainable development, Corporate Social Responsibility, HR/Engagement or business school, you are passionate about sustainable development, DEI and people engagement, and have developed a strong expertise on the subject.
    • You have experience in managing complex projects, enjoy working with multiple teams and know how to collaborate effectively with remote people from different cultures and countries.
    • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate messages both in writing and orally, to external and internal audiences at all levels of the company, including the management team. Speaking and writing Spanish will be a plus.
    • You are recognized for your ability to synthesize, structure, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and you are proficient of Excel and PTT.
    • You are very autonomous, proactive and organized, and have a strong sense of priorities. You are agile and results-oriented, with the ability to adapt to Corporate organization.
