    Our client is a $1B+ software business, and part of a multibillion dollar technology services organization. They are seeking several DXP focused Software Sales Executives to own all aspects of client success including the development and execution of new business, primarily for existing clients (up-sell, cross sell), including new client acquisition. You will be part of the team of proven sellers and practitioners who can sell to value, client outcomes, and success through a consultative approach. This role reports into the Global GTM DX Leader.

    Responsibilities will also extend to software adoption, retention and product satisfaction for the Digital Experience software portfolio. Our client's solutions help their customers create, manage and deliver engaging omni-channel digital experiences to virtually all audiences with responsive content, targeted offers, seamlessly integrated applications and consistent branding across channels (web, mobile, and hybrid mobile/web applications and more). You will have direct responsibility for a total target of client software renewals and new license growth through existing clients.

    You will personally engage as well as a serve as practitioner and expert in the field to transform the relationship of our clients from a software transaction to a value proposition resulting increased pipeline. You will be essential not only in shaping the business and running it as a book of business, but also engaging in product strategy, direction and roadmap plans as informed from these client experiences, including but not limited to, building out the implementation partner ecosystem, ISV partnership and of course collaborating in our product roadmap. You will have direct responsibility for a total NA target of client software renewals and new license growth through existing clients and new logo’s.

    Expected Travel : 50%
    Seeking candidates in MidWest, South, and West Coast.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop specific strategies to enable existing customers to maximize their expected value from their software investment.
    • Build and execute go to market strategies (cross sell/up-sell) that include defining the segments, markets needed to win and working closely with Marketing to develop the necessary campaigns and programs to drive growth.
    • Provide customers both product direction and leadership on an ongoing basis
    • Work with other software product leaders within our client as needed to create an effective solution leveraging all of their software assets.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry financial measurements and performance indicators, and key client competitors in their industry
    • Act as the liaison between our customers and our client's technical advocates.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the software industry, ideally digital transformation and digital experience, with an emphasis on both project based and software sales.
    • Exceptional presentation skills necessary to effectively deliver executive-level and value-based presentations
    • Consultative capabilities to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution based on the our client's complete software portfolio
    • Understanding of competitive technologies and their place in the market
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Strong Competitive and Retention skills for Digital Experience Solutions
    • Ability to build strong internal relationship with Sales, Development, Support and Offering Management
    • Previous Digital Experience platforms should include but are not limited too: (Adobe, Sitecore, Acquia, Salesforce, Liferay, etc).
