Our client is a well-established middle market, private equity backed company in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the production environment and overall P&L. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of operating as a Plant Manager, preferably variable demand product environments.
• Successful track record of driving quantifiable cost out initiatives and improvements in quality and safety.
• Must be a strong leader with a strong track record
• Critical thinking, calm under pressure and execution oriented
