They are seeking a VISUAL DESIGNER who is a creative thinker with a hands-on approach to translating client objectives into trend setting rich media experiences. Our ideal candidate will have a stellar portfolio and 5+ years of interactive agency experience on national brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Immersion in client brand essence and guidelines and the ownership, direction and development of visual brand style.
• Ability to translate customer business and communication objectives into interactive web experiences that are on brand, on strategy, usable and memorable.
• Collaboration with project management, User Experience Architects and Development team members to create strategic direction for initiatives/campaigns and execute through the full project lifecycle.
• Execution and deliverables could include:
• digital and analog creations
• creative and marketing strategies
• creative design and user experience
• content ideation and creation
• campaigns (email, social, retargeting, etc)
• Project types could include:
• websites (desktop and responsive), intranets, and mobile apps
• social media and marketing automation
• content creation (writing, infographics, photography, video)

REQUIREMENTS

• Agency experience preferred; although the majority of the assignments will be focused on web design, you must be adaptable and willing to switch between web/digital design and print/ traditional work
• Must be able to work independently and remotely while communicating with various geographically dispersed team members and client constituents.
• Advanced problem solving abilities and capabilities of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Work under aggressive deadlines with a moderate degree of change.
• Must have proven experience using Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc).
