You’ll meet and greet guests when they arrive and leave, bring luggage to guest rooms, support the front desk staff, and assist guests as needed to ensure that when they leave, they’re already looking forward to their next stay. Responsibilities: • Perform other hotel services as assigned and respond to guest requests as necessary, such as delivering mail and food to guest’s rooms, taking laundry service, making sure public areas are clean, and checking the guest’s luggage for storage • Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel • Assist with guest luggage and carry items to their room on bell carts in a safe and professional manner • Make sure the bell desk is always neat and tidy • Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests Guest Services • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor • Assist guests with luggage to and from guest rooms • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions • Escort guests to rooms and explain room features when needed Valet Services • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly • Maintain accurate records of vehicle information and keys • Ensure vehicles are handled with care and according to company standards • Monitor the valet area to ensure safety and organization Operations Support • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and valet areas • Assist front desk and concierge teams as needed • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary • Valet guests cars Qualifications: • Prior experience of 1 year in hospitality as a bell attendant, or similar position in customer service • Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification such as a GED • Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays • Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure • Must be able to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Schedule Requirements: Compensation: $15 - $15.50 hourly
