    BACKGROUND

    BellStreet is a boutique firm that is rebranding from a successful franchise under one of the biggest Commercial Real Estate corporations in the USA in February 2022. We are an established firm operating in Atlanta, Georgia, and are making our way to Denver, Colorado. Going forward, we seek to fill five commercial real estate broker positions to help grow our office in Colorado. The starting date for these positions will be between July and August 2022.

    Our name comes from two sources. “Bell” stems from our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder, Brian Bell. Brian Bell is a tenured real estate broker, with over 17 years of experience in finance and real estate. He is the leader of our firm and works closely with each of our brokers to ensure that we are creating the best talent in the CRE space. “Street” stems from our outlook on communities as well as the obligation we have towards them. BellStreet has made social and environmental commitments to the communities it operates in. It has done so by making giving back to the community a central part of its business model.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    EXPERIENCED advisors to grow with our company. We are hiring for the start date of July 1st or August 1st. If you are not extremely self-motivated, able to think out-of-the-box, and very personable/easily connect with people, do not apply.     · A real estate salesperson license (with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate sector)

    · Excellent interpersonal skills (both oral and written)

    · The self-motivation and discipline to work in teams and on individual assignments

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

    · A bachelor’s degree in real estate, law, construction management, business, or finance (Preferred)

    · A positive attitude and proven work ethic

    This is a 100% commission-based position. We are looking for individuals that excel as salesman and individuals that have:

    · The ability to persuade

    · Understand financial calculations

    · Make phone calls to generate business

    · Ability to work in a team environment

    · Self-starter

    · Strong work ethic
