As the original dance empowerment studio, our goal is to empower our students as a whole through their bodies, minds, and beautiful hearts. We are looking for a passionate, positive, energetic, and motivated studio manager to add to the Bella Ballet family! As a studio manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio. In addition to a manager role, the position involves teaching classes in a variety of styles of dance including Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Musical Theatre, Acro, and/or Contemporary, and we offer classes for ages 2 through adult. Responsibilities: • Inventory and order studio supplies needed. • Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and functional. • Complete various administrative tasks daily. • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families. • Ability to maintain professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment. • Ensure classes run smoothly. • Provide helpful and constructive feedback to students. • Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. • Evaluate student progress and make recommendations for improvement. • Choreograph creative and age-appropriate routines. • Provide a fun and creative environment. • Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the curriculum as needed. • Light cleaning in between classes. • If hired, candidates are required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement. Qualifications: • Over 3 years of teaching experience. • Prior management experience is required. • A strong dance background in various styles is required. • Bachelor's Degree. • Excellent communication skills. • Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable. • Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive. • Demonstrate patience and leadership skills Compensation: $45,235 - $53,483 yearly
