We are currently seeking dance teachers/choreographers to teach classes for ages 2- adults in Hip Hop. Responsibilities: • Ability to teach Hip Hop dance from beginner to advanced levels. • Ensure classes run smoothly. • Provide helpful and constructive feedback to students. • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families. • Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. • Evaluate student progress and make recommendations for improvement. • Choreograph creative and age-appropriate routines. • Provide a fun and creative environment. • Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the curriculum as needed. • Light cleaning in between classes. • If hired, candidates are required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement. Qualifications: • 3+ years teaching experience in Hip Hop. • Strong Background in Hip Hop. • Bachelor’s Degree. • Excellent communication skills. • Energetic, driven, creative, dependable. • Demonstrate patience and leadership skills. Compensation: $30 - $50 hourly
