We are looking for an organized Operations Manager to join our team at Bella Mulch. We operate 6 mulch blower trucks that install up to 500 cubic yards per day. Responsibilities: • Work with customers (90% landscapers) on details of projects • Coordinate mulch deliveries and orders • Create employee schedule • Schedule and quote jobs alongside the sales team using CRM software • Track employee hours and other expenses for job costing • Work with crew to ensure jobs get done in a timely manner • Work with sales team to quote jobs and create local relationships to develop business • Learn how to Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot issues that arise and work with team on solving • Hold team members accountable to specific responsibilities Qualifications: • Basic mechanical knowledge • 5+ years of management experience • Willing to hire and fire • Able to use CRM software Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
