EXPERIENCED SALES REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED

The primary responsibility of the “Sales Representative” is to work cooperatively with the Bella Viva Orchards team to build new customer relationships and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas at the company approved gross profit margins. The sales representative will have the fierce desire to be the ambassador of the company brand. Without question.

The ideal candidate would have passion first, experience second in the fast-paced ever changing “Better-for-you-industry”. Particularly throughout the upcycled, plant based, single ingredient Consumer Packaged Goods communities.

Family owned and operated, Bella Viva has promoted Beautiful Life for over three decades and has a proven track record in innovative product development and production in the dried fruit category. We have been instrumental in the growth of many national brands in this category.

We sell exceptional dried fruit, nuts and complementary products to loyal customers globally. Quality is of utmost importance to us here at Bella Viva. Growing and carefully sourcing the fruit that we dry and market enables us to have complete control over the fruit quality from the initial growing phase on through the final packaging and fulfillment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three years customer service / sales experience required – “Good for you healthy products” category preferred.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
• Common sense and concern for winning outcomes required.
• Computer skills and experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel desired
• Sales CSR software and QuickBooks exposure/experience is highly valued.
• Proven time management and organization skills required.
• Good judgment, creative thinking skills, and solid decision making are required.
• Proven speaking and writing skills required.
• Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed (rarely) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary education experience desired
