    Job Description

    We are seeking a TALENTED, highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through content marketing, social media and traditional marketing efforts.

    The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience through online and traditional marketing. This position is charged with accelerating the expansion and use of social media channels as well as to bring a high degree of creativity to our existing methods. This position requires tight interaction with the customer service, operations, and sales teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral and other communications accurately reflect our brand and to achieve overall goals.

    Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within marketing and advertising is critical, while knowledge of retail business functions is a bonus. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

    In addition to marketing, branding and social media related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data, maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory, maintaining customer databases and preparing reports.

    This position will lead our efforts to engage our clients and potential clients with quality content, create content delivery plans, and maintain consistent brand-appropriate content as well as oversee and administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising.

    This is a full time position. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent
    • Creates, develops, delivers, edits and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns
    • Content writing
    • Edits and maintains social content, may edit short form video content
    • Public relation development and management
    • Helps achieve revenue goals by increasing flow of clients and exposure to our company.
    • Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
    • Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
    • Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
    • Run and maintain all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates.
    • Uses existing practices/ personnel to ensure all marketing demands and needs are met.
    • Assists and works as needed in achieving required work in order to meet demands.
    • Support the company tracking of incoming leads/prospects and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly
    • Must work effectively within a team setting and follow direction without exception.
    • Event planning/coordination including arranging all events and gifts
    • Management of client database through automated emails, voicemails and text
    • Establish all marketing for special events and expos
    • Assist in planning and organizing all store events and market across all social media channels
    • Creates and develop campaigns, creative marketing concepts and strategic advertisement.
    • Brand development and business opportunities.
    • Attends expos and meets with clients and vendors in order to fully understand and meet consumer and marketing needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 3-years of marketing/brand management
    • Vast knowledge of Facebook and Instagram; advertisement on these platforms
    • Upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
    • Highly proficient with marketing concepts
    • Enjoys working in an retail setting environment
    • Some understanding of the sales process is preferred but not a requirement.
    • Experience with graphic design, video editing, photo editing
    • Experience with email marketing and print marketing
    • Experience with content writing
    • Must be able to work weekend

    Job schedule will be from 12 pm - 8 pm on days where store is open. Must be able to work on weekends where Bellasposa hosts Trunk Shows or events. Minimum of two weekends per month
