Bellava MedAesthetics & Plastic Surgery Center is seeking a part-time Medical Esthetician / Patient Coordinator to join our team in Bedford Hills, NY.

This is a unique hybrid position combining medical esthetics with front desk and plastic surgery administrative responsibilities. It is an excellent opportunity for a licensed esthetician looking to build real-world experience in a medical aesthetics and plastic surgery environment.

A Great Opportunity to Build Your Medical Esthetics Experience

We understand that many esthetician schools provide a strong foundation but may not offer extensive hands-on experience with the advanced devices and treatments commonly used in today’s medical spas.

This position is an opportunity to bridge that gap.

Our Senior Medical Esthetician will provide hands-on training on our equipment, treatment protocols, and patient experience. You’ll have the opportunity to gain practical experience with:

Vivace RF Microneedling

CoolSculpting

HydraFacial

IPL

Aerolase

Laser Hair Removal

Chemical Peels

Medical-grade skincare and treatment protocols

You do not need to come to us already trained on all of these technologies. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Front Desk & Plastic Surgery Responsibilities

When not performing esthetic treatments, this position will assist with the day-to-day operations of the practice, including:

Greeting and checking in patients

Scheduling appointments and managing the patient calendar

Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries

Assisting with plastic surgery administrative coordination

Patient follow-up and appointment confirmations

Maintaining accurate patient information

Supporting the clinical and administrative team as needed

Providing an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through treatment

What We’re Looking For

New York State Licensed Esthetician

Professional, polished, friendly, and dependable

Comfortable balancing esthetician and front desk responsibilities

Interested in medical aesthetics and plastic surgery

Eager to learn new technologies and treatments

Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities

Strong customer-service and communication skills

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Prior medical aesthetics experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to invest in training the right candidate.

Schedule

Part-time: Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

SATURDAYS ARE REQUIRED.

This is a part-time position with opportunity for additional hours, responsibilities, and growth as the position and patient schedule develop.
