RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the interview and onboarding stages for all new Belle Technicians

•  Leverage  company systems to develop and coordinate training courses for Belle Technicians

• Ensure all  Belle Technician training is standardized

•  Conduct practice, in-home appointments with new BTs to ensure policies, procedures and brand standards are followed

• Schedule and conduct Belle Technician shadowing 

• Assist new Belle Technician quality assurance appointments, ensuring consistent service throughout all appointments

• Teach  and demonstrate safe, timely and on-brand member experiences, following Belle’s standards and procedures

• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Case Manager to implement ongoing training structures and processes

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & PERSONALITY: 

• Employed with Belle as a consistent, Level 3 Belle Technician 

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Valid National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology and/or state required Nail Technician Licensure (based on role location)

• Able to maintain reliable transportation and is comfortable with long-term travel

• Advanced computer skills; proficient in Google Calendar, Gmail and  basic document editing

• Able to maintain personal electronic equipment, including computer and mobile phone 

• Complete and pass required credential checks (based on state location), including but not limited to a background check and drug test

• Ability to work with a flexible schedule and limited supervision

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 

• Maintain good personal hygiene

• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, upholding to strict standards of sanitation and sterilization, as directed by law and established policies and procedures
